Terms of use

North Wales Jobs Live is an advertising platform. Employers pay a monthly subscription to publish their own job adverts, and candidates browse and apply to those employers directly and free of charge.

We are not an employment agency or employment business. We do not provide recruitment services, do not screen, interview, assess or vet candidates, do not represent candidates to employers, do not hold a searchable CV database, and never charge placement, introduction or success fees. Every application goes straight from the candidate to the employer using the contact details in the advert.

• Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan sets how many vacancies you may keep live at once, how many featured slots you have, and how long each advert runs before it expires.
• You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your adverts stay live until then and are paused afterwards.
• Changing plan mid-month takes effect immediately, with the difference prorated by our payment provider.
• If a payment fails, we retry it. If it ultimately fails, your live adverts are paused until payment succeeds.

You are responsible for everything in your advert. Adverts must:

• describe a real, currently available vacancy;
• identify the employer accurately;
• comply with UK law, including the Equality Act 2010 — no discriminatory requirements or wording;
• not request payment from candidates, ask for financial details, or promote work-from-home schemes requiring an up-front fee;
• not contain misleading pay information, malware, or third-party tracking scripts.

We may pause, unpublish or refuse any advert that breaches these rules, and may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. Where an advert is removed for a breach we do not refund the affected part of the subscription.

Browsing and applying is free and does not require an account. Applications are sent to the employer, not to us: we do not receive, store or review your CV, and we cannot progress, chase or comment on an application. Please check who you are dealing with before sharing personal information, and report any advert that looks fraudulent using the report link on the advert.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, for the accuracy of any advert, for the conduct of any employer or candidate, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to subscribed employers by email. Questions about these terms can be sent to our support address shown in your account emails.
